FACP small business fire security equipment

4-zone to 16-zone FACP (Fire Alarm Control Panel), which uses conventional input devices like detectors, pull stations and other normally-open contact devices. Outputs include four Notification Appliance Circuits (NAC, SOUND1-4), three standard Form-A relays (alarm, trouble and supervisory) and an EIA-485 port to interface with remote annunciators and optional remote relay modules. The FACP is field programmable via the panel keypad. It also supervises all wiring, AC voltage and battery level.
The working power supply is 24V DC, powered by the main circuit (AC 90–270V) and a backup battery (two 12V/7Ah lead-acid batteries), ensuring continuous operation for at least 8 hours in case of mains power failure.
The device supports 4 to 16 independent zones (Zone), each capable of connecting up to 25 conventional smoke detectors, heat detectors, or normally open manual alarm buttons (Pull Station), and can independently display fire alarm, fault, or supervision status for each circuit.
The panel features 4 alarm output circuits, enabling linkage with external devices such as audible and visual alarms, fire evacuation broadcasts, elevator descent, and smoke extraction fans. It also includes 3 standard relays for logic control (e.g., delayed activation, interlocking closure, etc.), along with an EIA-485 (RS-485) communication port for data exchange with host computers, building automation systems (BAS), or remote monitoring centers to achieve centralized management.
The device has a comprehensive self-check function, monitoring abnormalities such as mains power, backup power, line open circuit, short circuit, or detector offline, and visually displaying them via LED indicators. The control interface includes five physical buttons: Silence, Mute, Test, Reset, and Mode, complying with international fire protection equipment human-machine engineering standards.
The housing is made of metal material with an IP54 protection rating, operating temperature range of 10°C to +50°C, and relative humidity not exceeding 95% (no condensation), meeting the stringent requirements of industrial environments. It aligns with international standards such as EN 54 and UL 864 for multi-wire system requirements
